What kind of animal is the ounce?

You might expect the ounce to weigh one sixteenth of a pound. But far from it ¬he is a four foot leopard with an extra three feet of furry tail. Cats are by nature comfort loving creatures, and most of them enjoy life in the tropics and warm zones of the world. However, experts suspect that the cat family originated in the polar regions and moved down to more pleasant quarters later.

The ounce is the cat who stayed home and We find him high on the frozen shoulders of the Himalayas. The big beauty is basically pearl white and his fur is long and fluffy. His underside is snow white and his back is marked with a black streak and plentifully spotted with black leopard type rosettes. sometimes he is called a snow leopard. He is a meat eater, but we know little of his habits or home life.
