Which is the smallest of the continents?
Some people count seven continents, some count six and some count five. We will count them as seven and take their areas to the nearest million square miles. Asia is biggest, with an area of more than 17 million square miles, Africa is second with more than 11 1/2 million and North America third with almost 9 1/2 million square miles. South America is fourth, with almost 7 millions Antarctica fifth with 5 million, Europe sixth, with almost 4 million and Australia the smallest with a little less than 3 million squaxtemiles.
